MAINTAIN GLOBAL OPTIONS

first we select the Options menu & then select the Global

option

These options will be open in this window we have ACCOUNTING,GENERAL,PEACH TREE PARTNERS,SPELLING

In Accounting

Decimal entry:

We can change the settings of Automatic or Manual and also change the Number of decimal places 2,3,4,5 etc

High General Ledger Accounts

We can change the settings of Accounts receivable ,Accounts payable,Payroll entry.

Other Options:

We can also can do settings like Warn if a record was changed but not saved etc

In GENERAL:

Improve Performance:

In this we can change printing options and quantity of papers

Line Item Entry display:

It is 1 line or 2line

Smart Data Entry:

In this automatic field completion and drop down list displays automatically can change

Colour Scheme:

In this we can change the colour scheme and different options are available

In this peachtree partners security level following medium high and low can be selected.

In this option the spelling checking will active & moderate fast & slow medium can be selected
